17 weeks and counting!!
17 weeks have flown by and I am sure the rest of the pregnancy will too.. I am almost half way there and I am starting to feel the need to prepare! Since finding out that we are having a Girl and Boy I have been on the mad hunt for a Crib set that both genders would like and could use until they get older. I then I came a cross the Storkcraft Vittoria Collection and loved it! We purchased it in black and I can not wait to get it and set it up. I then found there bedding sets that could not be more perfect.. The boys bedding includes the colors blue, gray, yellow, green and the girls bedding is the same except it has pink as the base instead of blue. Finding things for twins is challenging but yet fun at the same time. We want them to have a room that both of them can enjoy and I think that we may have succeeded. I am excited to see it all put together. It is unreal that I feel the need to get things prepared so early but something in my body is saying that I must get it done. I don't know whether its the fact that I don't really know if they will be born early or if I know and feel the longer I wait i probably wont feel like doing it! We have just a week and a half before the big 20 week ultrasound although I will only be 19 1/2 weeks, I can not wait to see the babies again. This ultrasound will take two hours to complete one hour for each baby and we hope and pray that they are in perfect health!

15 1/2 weeks and Contracting
Yesterday, was an awful day I started to have contractions and they persisted through the night only to get to the point of the pain being so bad that it made me vomit! So as soon as the clinic opened this morning I had a call in to the doctors nurse and we went from there. She called back a few minuets later and decided that the best thing to do was to be seen in the ER. Heath loaded up the kids and off we went. I got to the ER and did all my fun check in stuff and then was called back pretty much right away. I was hooked up to an IV and they tried to use a Doppler to find both babies heart tones but no luck at all with that. I was then given an Ultrasound to make sure that both babies where safe and sound which was good because at that point I was freaking out. I had never experienced the pain and tightening that I was feeling and it was getting to the point of worry. The Ultrasound confirmed that both Twin A and Twin B were in great shape and thriving more than ever... We also found out the SEX of both babies, I really didn't want to know but I could not be happier now knowing! I was feeling better just knowing that both of them were okay and in no danger. My contractions were due to dehydration and over activity. They began to get better as the more fluid was being pumped into my body... Thank goodness. I will be following up with my regular doc on Wed. just to make sure that everything is still okay. Here are the recent pics of the twins from today............

Signey
Last Saturday we had a Appreciation BBQ at the farm for employees and land renters. I made the three kids tie die black and white shirts for the event. It turned out really cute and I was really impressed on how easy it was to get them done. The only bummer was that Orion and Addy refused to get there picture taken as they were to busy soaking up the attention from all the party guests. Signey was the only one who would co-operate. Here is a glance at what they looked like.

Beach Time
Last Sunday we spent the morning and part of the afternoon at the beach... Heath, myself and the kids really enjoyed are selves. Aunt Kyndahl, Grandma and Grandpa also joined us and they seemed to also have a great time! The kids were so funny and did really well in the water. Signey even enjoyed swimming with her daddy as did Orion and Addy. Here are some pictures from are Beach day adventure!
